Refund policy

All items are made to order and are final sale. 

Please contact info@pierraswim.com within 7 days if you notice a defect or flaw in your order. We will be happy to help you as long as the product is in the same condition as received. This means that proper liners and tags are attached, it is unworn and unwashed. Due to our products being made to order, orders cannot be cancelled as they go into production immediately. 

If you are unsure about sizing, please email us at info@pierraswim.com for personal assistance. If you have any concerns about the products you are interested in, please contact info@pierraswim.com and we will be able to assist you. In certain cases, a return or exchange may be allowed but fees may apply.
